CLIENT STORY / 10 / DENMARK
PROPA AUTO
Atyaf developed Propa Auto as an Automotive Parts Intelligence & Operations Platform: one system for technical product knowledge, vehicle fitment, physical inventory, orders, logistics, and finance integration.
A single part can carry manufacturer numbers, alternatives, vehicle fitment, engines, suppliers, stock states, locations, and commercial history. A practical question such as 'do we have this part?' therefore becomes a connected operational question about the correct part, its fitment, availability, location, and fulfilment path.
01 / PART IDENTITY1 Part → OEM Numbers → Alternatives → SuppliersConceptual illustration, not a product screenshot.
Propa Auto is structured around three connected kinds of knowledge: what the part is, which vehicles it fits, and where it exists physically. Orders, logistics, finance, and AI operate on top of those shared foundations.
Part number, OEM data, alternatives, brand, category, technical information, and product identity.
Manufacturer, model, generation, year, engine, variant, and compatible parts.
Warehouse, zone, aisle, rack, shelf, stock state, availability, and physical location.
The AI layer assists teams in interpreting and enriching part data, finding technical relationships, searching in natural language, and surfacing possible alternatives. It supports specialist review rather than replacing it: suggestion, confidence or evidence, human review, then approved data.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONSNatural-language question → AI → Automotive knowledge → Compatible operational resultConceptual illustration, not a product screenshot.
Warehouse locations are represented as a usable operating structure, while fulfilment connects verification, picking, scanning, packing, dispatch, and delivery. This keeps technical data and the physical movement of a part in the same operational context.
FULFILMENT FLOWOrder → Verify → Pick → Scan → Pack → ShipConceptual illustration, not a product screenshot.
