OXYGEN / CMS

Content at the core. Your organization connected.

Oxygen is an enterprise content management system (CMS) for content, media, languages and governed publishing. Administrative modules, operational workflows and intelligent digital tools extend that core—connecting what your organization communicates with what your audience needs from you.

  • Hosting included
  • Security and support included
  • Built for continuous delivery

CMS at the core

A content management system built to run more than a website.

Oxygen starts by governing your content, pages, languages, media, and publishing. Around that core, it adds the working modules that connect what your organization publishes with what the public asks, does, and shares.

01

Enterprise content management

Structure content, pages, media, and reusable components so your website grows without losing consistency or editorial control.

02

Multilingual publishing governance

Manage Arabic, English, Turkish, or other language versions with roles, review, approval, scheduling, and a clear publishing history.

03

Audience communication

Plan and deliver messages, campaigns, and updates from the organization to the right public groups and digital channels.

04

Public requests & feedback

Receive forms, enquiries, registrations, feedback, and service requests from the public, then turn each one into an owned, traceable action.

05

Administrative control

Extend the CMS with organization-specific administrative modules for teams, permissions, services, records, and day-to-day oversight.

06

Operational workflows

Connect content and public requests to assignments, approvals, notifications, and handoffs that reflect how your institution actually operates.

07

Digital intelligence

Use AI assistance to summarize, classify, prepare content or responses, and surface signals while people remain accountable for decisions.

08

Connected data & tools

Bring forms, email, data, and selected external tools into one operational context instead of leaving them as disconnected touchpoints.

One core, a considered configuration: modules, integrations and capacity are defined for each implementation. Advanced capabilities are not automatically included in every subscription.

CMS

Structured content. More than pages.

01

Extensible content models

Organize pages, news, services, dossiers, categories and their relationships. Reuse material across interfaces instead of entering it repeatedly.

02

Media library and archive

Keep images, video, audio and documents in a searchable, categorized library connected to content, and retrieve earlier material.

03

Independent language editions

Share material through translation and review, or configure separate sections, teams and publishing policies for each edition.

04

Traceable governance

Define who creates, reviews, approves and publishes. Manage scheduling, change history and version recovery with permissions by role and action.

TWO-WAY OPERATING FLOW

A managed loop between your organization and the public.

The CMS does not end at publishing. It provides a controlled path for messages and services to go out, and for public requests and feedback to return to the people who can act on them.

01

Plan & govern

Model the content, assign roles, and set the rules for what can be created, reviewed, and published.

02

Publish & reach

Deliver trusted content, services, and campaigns from the organization to the public across connected digital channels.

03

Listen & route

Capture requests, feedback, registrations, and signals from the public, then route them to the right team or workflow.

04

Respond & improve

Track the response, learn from the interaction, and improve the next content, service, or operational decision.

EDITION / 01

Oxygen for media

From source to newsroom, from publishing to distribution and audience understanding. An edition for publishers and media organizations that covers the editorial lifecycle beyond the article editor.

Source → Assignment → Verification → Publishing and distribution → Measurement

01

Sources and field reporting

Organize reporter submissions and attachments by event, source and time. Email and WhatsApp can be connected to turn incoming material into editorial suggestions for review.

02

A coordinated newsroom

Assignments, priorities, deadlines and handoffs between reporters, editors and editors-in-chief, with an editorial calendar, story discussions and a publishing overview.

03

Verification and editorial policy

Link claims to sources, record verification notes and corrections, and apply rules for terminology, headlines and sensitive coverage through approval workflows.

04

Live coverage and distribution

Timestamped updates from multiple editors and channel-specific versions of central content. Newsletters, SMS and push depend on the approved connected channels and providers.

05

Multilingual media editions

Each edition can have its own audience, sections, team and editorial policy, while sharing material and reviewing translations—not simply auto-translating the same website.

06

Audience, discovery and revenue

Follow content performance and traffic sources, with structured data, indexing and SEO/GEO support. Advertising campaign management and content distribution APIs can extend the edition.

Source monitoring and editorial assistance are scoped around an approved policy and human review. Semantic search and automated media understanding are future extension paths, not promises within the base package.

EDITION / 02

Oxygen for civil society

Content that serves a mission, interaction that leads to accountable follow-up. A configuration for nonprofits and civil society organizations connecting programs and campaigns with teams and communities.

Program or campaign → Publishing → Registration or request → Routing and follow-up

01

Programs and campaigns

Content models for programs, projects, reports and events, with a publication library and language editions for the communities and partners you serve.

02

Participation and response

Registration, enquiry and feedback forms can support volunteer participation or beneficiary request workflows, with an assigned owner and a clear request status.

03

Accountable operations

Permissions by team or program, pre-publication review and an action history. Required data and access are defined around organizational policy and information sensitivity.

Volunteer, beneficiary and integration workflows are configured per project. Accounting and donation processing are not automatically included.

EDITION / 03

Oxygen for business

Connect your corporate website with marketing content, customer enquiries and internal work. A configuration for teams that need to manage and evolve their digital presence continuously.

Service or product → Content and campaign → Enquiry → Assignment and response

01

Product and service content

Organize services, product information, guides, case studies and campaigns, with consistent branding and review across teams and languages.

02

From enquiry to follow-up

Turn contact forms, quote requests and service enquiries into records with clear ownership and status, using notifications and approvals aligned with the agreed workflow.

03

Connect existing tools

Connect selected data with CRM, marketing tools and internal systems through agreed integrations, and follow content performance and incoming requests.

Oxygen remains an extensible CMS. It does not replace ERP, accounting or specialist CRM beyond explicitly scoped functions and integrations.

AI with operational context

Make AI useful inside editorial and operational work, not beside it.

Oxygen is designed to apply AI where your teams already make decisions: content, public messages, forms, internal conversations, and performance signals.

01

Content intelligence

Draft, adapt, summarize, and prepare on-brand visual content for social channels.

02

Inbox assistance

Classify, route, analyze, and prepare responses while your team remains in control.

03

Operational insight

Surface patterns from requests, forms, activity, and feedback to guide the next action.

04

Workflow acceleration

Turn repeatable checks, handoffs, and notifications into reliable automated steps.

The assistant suggests, summarizes, classifies and drafts. People approve publishing, responses and sensitive decisions. Data sources, access and the AI provider are agreed before connection; specific rankings or reach are not guaranteed.

MANAGED SAAS

Oxygen combines the product, hosting, security, updates, and technical support. Your team works from one operating environment instead of managing a stack of disconnected invoices and tools.

02

Security and continuity management

Security is built into the operating model.

03

Technical support

A team to support continuity and change.

Implementation notes

What teams can expect from Oxygen.

Is Oxygen only a CMS?

Oxygen is an enterprise content management system (CMS) for content, media, languages and governed publishing. Administrative modules, operational workflows and intelligent digital tools extend that core—connecting what your organization communicates with what your audience needs from you.

How does Oxygen support a two-way public relationship?

The organization can publish content, campaigns, and services outward; people can send forms, feedback, enquiries, registrations, and requests back. Oxygen puts both directions into one managed operating context so the response is owned and measurable.

Can each sector have its own product version?

Yes. The CMS core remains shared while sector editions adapt workflows, terminology, modules, and operating priorities for media, civil society, and commercial teams.

Is every capability included?

Modules, integrations and capacity vary by edition and implementation. The proposal identifies included functions and third-party service costs before work begins.
